Andre is an accomplished entrepreneur and professional with extensive experience in the fields of architecture, engineering, and design. He is the founder and CEO of BAKA Design Construction Group LLC, a Minority Owned Business, which he established in 2004 after leaving ComEd to pursue his dream of owning his own company.

Andre's passion for art, architecture, and knowing how things are put together began during his upbringing in the Roseland community on the south side of Chicago. This passion drove him to pursue architecture as a vocation while attending high school, and he has continued to pursue his career in the field ever since.

Throughout his career, Andre has gained knowledge and working experience in various fields and has acquired many mentors along the way. He has always been inspired to take advantage of every opportunity to learn something professionally from everyone he works with and every manager he works for.

Andre is also a mentor and role model for many young professionals, always emphasizing the importance of hard work, learning from others, and taking advantage of every opportunity.
